Life Insurance Sales Producer

Job Description

Western Financial Group is hiring licensed Life Insurance Producers. This is a work from home commission driven position where we provide you with work equipment and high-quality leads. Our value proposition is that you will never run out of people to talk to. This is the ideal position for someone who wants to close sales without prospecting.

Remote in the Maritimes

What Youll Do:

Convert a high volume of leads into new business while servicing and renewing your growing book of business and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Work closely with local Western branches to support our current customer base and their Financial Services needs
Meet and exceed sales targets ensuring that you are tailoring the right solutions for every customer
Ensure every call meets the highest standards of compliance and accuracy

Qualifications:

Must have an LLQP licence
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Resilient and motivated by smashing targets
Passionate about insurance and continuously expanding your product knowledge

Compensation: Guaranteed Minimum Income of $48000 in Year 1 Commission on New Business and Renewals
