Job Summary

Job Title: Junior Customer Support Russian Speaking
Location: Bucharest Romania (Onsite)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support representative fluent in Russian to join our team in Bucharest. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to start a career in customer support and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Native or fluent Russian (C1C2) with good English communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.
Confident on-camera presence and comfortable working in a live studio environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to create a fun and interactive experience for viewers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact naturally with online audiences.
Ability to maintain high energy and professionalism during live sessions.
Comfortable following scripts procedures and game rules while presenting.
Ability to work in rotational shifts including evenings weekends and holidays if required.
Previous experience in customer service acting hosting presenting or entertainment is considered an advantage.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Optional (Nice-to-have)

Experience in live streaming broadcasting or media production.
Background in performing arts hospitality or entertainment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a customer support role.
Availability to work onsite in Bucharest in a 24/7 schedule 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
