Job Summary
Position: OD Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic OD Manager to join our team. The OD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational effectiveness employee engagement and talent management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives to support the companys goals and objectives
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop succession plans
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives
- Facilitate team-building and leadership development programs
- Manage employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the results
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OD to continuously improve processes and programs
- Manage and develop a team of OD professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OD or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of OD principles and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
