Position Summary
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to business partners including travel agencies and corporate clients.
The role primarily involves managing partner inquiries via email (approximately 80%) as well as handling phone communication (approximately 20%). The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to partner inquiries regarding travel bookings ticketing and related services.

Assist with modifications cancellations and refund processing.

Handle ticket issuance and service bookings through internal systems.

Provide support for group travel requests including quotations and coordination.

Manage loyalty program services such as mileage registration and ticket upgrades.

Process name corrections and booking updates.
-
Handle special service requests including medical assistance when required.

Resolve complex cases including booking changes caused by schedule adjustments.

Ensure accurate case tracking and maintain proper documentation in internal systems.
Required Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher).

Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Higher education or high school diploma with at least 6 months of customer service experience.

Excellent written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
