Job Summary

About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in this role you will provide professional support to travel agencies corporate partners and business clients assisting them with booking management and travel-related services.

Your day-to-day work will mainly involve handling requests via email (around 80%) with occasional phone communication (around 20%). You will collaborate with internal teams and use multiple systems to ensure that each request is handled efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving working with international partners and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner inquiries related to bookings ticketing and travel services.

  • Support partners with changes cancellations and refund processing.

  • Manage ticket issuance and service requests using internal booking systems.

  • Assist with group travel inquiries including preparing quotes and coordinating requests.

  • Process loyalty program requests such as mileage registration and upgrades.

  • Handle name corrections and ticket adjustments.

  • Support special service requests including medical assistance when required.

  • Investigate and resolve complex booking cases including schedule changes.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases to ensure resolution.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher).

  • Good command of English (B2 level).

  • High school diploma or higher education with at least 6 months of experience in customer service.

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Good computer literacy including MS Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and work efficiently under deadlines.

  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
