Position Overview
The Contract Administrator supports the overall team in preparing and issuing project subcontracts long-form purchase orders and service contracts. This role collaborates closely with Project Team Members to ensure accurate documentation and efficient administration of all subcontract-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Proofread format and prepare final contract agreements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the database of document management system including related processes and procedures.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to purchasing teams across projects.
- Enter and track all subcontract costs.
