Job Summary
Our Multi-Property Human Resources Executive will support Human Resources Team covering Courtyard by Marriott Perth Murdoch Four Points by Sheraton Perth and Aloft Perth.
This role is a strong Human Resources operational roleand is ideal for someone who has experience in Human Resource within hospitality.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities
Assist with all areas of recruitment contract preparation and onboarding staff
Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your passionate Human Resources Team
Support the team with TakeCare (Workplace Culture) events and activities
Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
Be the first point of contact in the Human Resources office for general enquiries
Support with administration work
Champion associate onboarding cycle from pre-hire contract drafting and hiring until termination and exit interviews
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar role
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
Be flexible with your workload
You can prioritise and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail with administrative tasks
You are competent with Word Excel PowerPoint Social Media applications and software packages
