AJ Foods Inc is a rapidly expanding restaurant operator in NewJersey and Pennsylvania looking to hire an Operations Technology Technician toadd to our Technology Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for arecent college student or someone looking to embark on a technology career.

Responsibilities

Hardware Troubleshooting & Reload of Software

Install/Replace OS images for POS devices

Install/Replace POS equipment and Network equipment

On-site & Remote Tech Support

Audio/Video Install/Support

Skilled Mounting and Drilling. (ex. neatly mount POS deviceson the wall)

Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled.

MUST HAVE a reliable car.

Qualifications

Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detailand problem-solving skills

Excellent written andverbal communication skills

Strong organizationalskills

High School degree orhigher

1-2 years technicalsupport experience.

A Certificationrequired.

Recent/relevantexperience in the fields of IT Windows Network technology

Point-of-Sale Systemsexperience.

Familiarity with allcommon networking services.

Ability to communicateeffectively with team members and end users.

Independent thinkingand effective time management.

Ability to prioritizeand manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Creative andanalytical thinker / problem solver.

Team player with apositive attitude willing and able to meet agreed upon goals.

Ability to work inmultiple environments (both physically on site as well as remotely).
