Job Summary

BMC College is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Audiovisual (AV) Technicians to join our technical team. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining audiovisual equipment in classrooms auditoriums and meeting rooms across the campus.

This position requires availability during weekdays evenings and weekends to support scheduled college events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Installed and configured audiovisual systems including projectors Smart boards LED displays video conferencing systems and public address systems.
Operated AV equipment during meetings lectures training sessions and live events.
Installed and supported Smart Boards ensuring calibration software configuration and user training.
Set up monitored and maintained CCTV systems including camera installation DVR/NVR configuration and footage retrieval.
Handled cable management rack setup and AV hardware integration with IT networks.
Troubleshot and resolved AV and CCTV equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinated with IT teams vendors and maintenance departments for AV-related projects and upgrades.
Provided training and basic technical support to end-users for all installed AV and surveillance systems.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Electronics or any related field.
Valid SEC Licesne as Technccian.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in audiovisual technology.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
Diploma or higher in Audiovisual Technology or a related technical field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality technical support.

Technical Skills:

Video Conferencing (Zoom MS Teams Webex)
Sound Systems & Microphones
Projector Calibration & Maintenance
