What Were Looking For
Valid Class A or B CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred)
Experience in agriculture farming or heavy equipment operations
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles forklifts and skid loaders
Basic mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
Good communication skills and team collaboration
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Lift 60 lbs and perform daily activities like bending reaching and sitting
Work safely outdoors in various weather conditions
Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
