Job Summary

Job Title: Medicaid SME
Location: Jackson MS (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months Contract Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge of Medicaid program data and operations. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in Medicaid data domains support system modernization initiatives and communicate complex Medicaid concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

15 years of experience working with Medicaid program data and operations
Strong expertise in Medicaid data domains including:
- Member / Eligibility Data
- Provider Enrollment Data
- Claims and Encounter Data
- Managed Care Program Data
Experience working with Gainwell Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or successor platforms
Strong understanding of Medicaid program policies and regulatory requirements
Experience supporting large system implementations or modernization projects
Ability to communicate complex Medicaid data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

Experience implementing or managing Provider Enrollment systems
Experience implementing claims processing systems and managing claims data
Familiarity with CMS reporting and compliance requirements
