Job Summary
主要职责
- 遵守公司员工手册及各项规章制度
- 遵守安全生产规章制度安全操作使用的设备积极参与公司安全检查安全培训以及安全会议等
- 执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容
- 根据SOP要求及工作指令单进行投料作业使用相关搅拌研磨等设备生产出符合技术标准的浆料供下道工序使用
- 在生产过程中按照要求检测浆料产品特性并依据结果及程序调整产品性能使其满足产品规范提供最终样品供质量部门检验并要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录
- 遵守生产巡回检查和记录制度及时准确完成生产原始记录
- 清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁物品堆放整洁
- 在工作区域内按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养如需要在职责内配合维修人员维修和保养设备
- 能严格执行应急响应程序
- 能独立进行现场特殊作业的监护
- 及时完成PSMO和生产区域MCE场景培训
- 在合理的指导下承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责
任职要求
- 高中或中等专业职业技术学校以上学历
- 具有制造业化工厂生产操作工作经验
- 遵守公司的规章制度
- 基本的文件读写记录能力
