REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Solid basic mechanical skills; maintenance experience preferred.
The Building Maintenance / Mechanic is responsible for servicing and maintaining company trucks supporting general building maintenance needs and ensuring overall facility upkeep. This role also assists with seasonal property maintenance including lawn care and snow removal. The ideal candidate is dependable coachable and eager to learn from an experienced team member before their 2027 retirement.
Responsibilities
Perform routine service and basic mechanical repairs on company trucks.
Complete general building maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
Maintain facility upkeep including lighting plumbing and minor electrical tasks.
Perform lawn mowing and grounds maintenance during warmer months.
Assist with snow removal and property safety during winter months.
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
Previous maintenance or mechanic experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid Wisconsin drivers license required.
Dependable self-motivated and willing to be trained.
