Solution Architect - Generative AI

Location: Bengaluru Company: Airbus Group India Pvt Ltd

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with experience in Generative AI. You will design the blueprints for our AI ecosystemselecting models designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and ensuring our AI initiatives are scalable and ethical.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design: Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions including model selection (LLMs SLMs Multi-modal) vector database orchestration and API integration.
Infrastructure & Scaling: Design high-performance inference pipelines and determine the best deployment strategies (Cloud vs. On-prem).
RAG & Data Strategy: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to connect LLMs with our proprietary data.
Governance & Security: Implement AI Guardrails to manage hallucination data leakage and prompt injection risks.
Cost Management: Optimize token usage and compute costsensuring we arent burning money on over-engineered solutions.
Prototyping: Rapidly build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to test the feasibility of new AI features

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3 years) as a Solution Architect or a similar role ideally with exposure to AI/ML.
Frameworks: Deep expertise in LangChainVertexAI
Models: Hands-on experience with Gemini Anthropic (Claude) and Open Source models (Llama 3 Mistral)
Proficiency with Graph & Vector DBs
Development: Strong Python skills and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD infrastructure-as-code).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
