Job Summary
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across breakfast lunch and dinner service.
- Uphold food safety hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting seasonal or creative dish ideas.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in clean organized condition.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Qualifications &Skills
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Strong passion for food creativity and hospitality.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
