Key Responsibilities
strategic business development for Ali group include 4 TMALL flagship stores/TMALL mart/ TMALL global: lead annual business strategy and plan; responsible for sales/ P&L/ market share target
DCOM transformation pilot project: sustainable business model D2C etc.
D2C business model: target consumer reach and recruitment; CRM; new product launch and development; data to insight for whole business
leadership and associate development (team member 5): build effective team to reach business target; help individual development
management: JBP with Ali category leadership relationship
management: TP assessment/ contract negotiation/ business optimization with TP
functional cooperation: co-work with marketing/supply/finance team to deliver business target
