Job Responsibilities:
Internal Control and Compliance
- Assist in internal control review based on the control points document the findings.
- Compliance Consulting: Provide relevant process internal control and compliance system consulting for the companys business departments.
- Compliance Review: Assist in conducting compliance reviews of the companys distributors.
- Compliance Training: Assist in compliance promotion and training for the company
Chop & Filling management
- Review the compliance of seal use application ensure the use of seals is in line with the companys relevant procedures; register and maintain the records of seal usage.
- Coordinate with other departments of the company and be responsible for the filing and archiving of relevant documents.
Youre the right fit if:
- Bachelor above Major in accounting or finance is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts.
- Exhibit analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
- Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences.
- Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese
- PC skills with Excel Word Visio and PowerPoint etc.
- Thoroughness and good attention to detail
