解决项目中出现的问题和风险确保项目顺利完成并符合质量标准 Address project issues and risks to ensure smooth project completion meeting quality standards.

2. Manufacturing Technology Solutions and Innovation制造技术解决方案和创新

分析制造领域的当前问题和挑战提出创新的解决方案 Analyze current issues and challenges in manufacturing field proposing innovative solutions.

与制造技术供应商和合作伙伴合作开发新的制造技术和工艺 Collaborate with manufacturing technology suppliers and partners to develop new manufacturing technologies and processes.

设计和实施系统化的方法和流程以确保创新在整个制造过程中得到应用 Design and implement systematic approaches and processes to ensure application of innovation throughout manufacturing process.

3. Simultaneous Engineering 同步工程

            realization of the product design process development and quality objectives through cross  

             departments co-development in the early stage of product design

4.COS Sample shop coordinate or project management 样件制造协调项目管理

            支持研发样品在工厂的制造过程协调及项目管理

            Support engineering department follow up sample manufacturing process.  

5. Strengthening Cooperation with CoC and IPN加强与核心竞争力中心CoC和国际生产网络IPN的合作

与CoC和IPN的团队合作分享本地的制造经验和专业知识 Collaborate with CoC and IPN teams sharing local manufacturing expertise and knowledge.

参与CoC和IPN的会议和活动提供本地视角和建议 Participate in meetings and activities of CoC and IPN providing local perspectives and recommendations.

推动合作项目的实施以加强本地团队的能力和竞争力 Drive implementation of collaborative projects to enhance capabilities and competitiveness of local team.

Qualifications :

degree or above in mechanical hydraulics mechatronics electrical engineering or automation.

机械液压机电一体化电气工程或自动化学士学位及以上

5 years of working experience in manufacturing or project management.

至少5年以上的制造或项目管理工作经验

knowledge of manufacturing technology.

丰富的制造技术知识

project management skills familiar with the process of product relocation or new products from development to industrialization.

良好的项目管理技能熟悉产品迁移或新产品从开发到产业化的过程

in simultaneous engineering.

 具备同步工程经验

methodological and structured working style; strong coaching skills.
