The Reporting & Analytics Senior Manager leads the global Reporting & Analytics capability within Dyson Business Services. This role manages a team of data professionals setting direction driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of scalable automated highquality reporting and insights.
The role is responsible for overseeing the development and continuous improvement of enterpriselevel reporting products Tableau dashboards automation solutions and advanced analytics capabilities. The Senior Manager plays a central role in scaling Dysons Advanced Analytics and GenAI agenda ensuring the team evolves in line with business needs and emerging technologies.
This position requires strong leadership strategic thinking and deep analytical expertise to drive measurable business outcomes cost efficiencies and enhanced decisionmaking across Finance and wider Dyson.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Analytics Delivery
Lead the endtoend delivery of global reporting solutions using Tableau and related analytics platforms.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve reporting turnaround time.
Ensure high data quality accuracy consistency and reconciliation across all reporting outputs.
Oversee development and enhancement of global reporting platforms as required by key stakeholders.
Deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic business decisions.
2. Advanced Analytics & GenAI Leadership
Scale Dysons Advanced Analytics capability enhancing skills in automation predictive modelling GenAI and data engineering.
Own and expand the GenAI roadmap for Reporting & Analytics including the identification piloting and implementation of new use cases.
Partner with key business stakeholders to evaluate and prioritise analytics and GenAI opportunities.
Build frameworks ensuring safe scalable and valuedriven GenAI adoption across Dyson.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Visibility
Act as the spokesperson for the Reporting & Analytics function within DBS and across Dyson.
Build strong trusted partnerships with global stakeholders to understand needs and shape the analytics roadmap.
Drive adoption and visibility of reporting products governance platforms and analytics initiatives.
4. Data Governance Tools & Platforms
Lead the design rollout and adoption of a Governance Portal including dashboard catalogues KPI catalogues and selfservice support channels.
Establish and maintain governance standards documentation SOPs and scalable operating models.
Support selfservice analytics adoption through robust platform design and stakeholder enablement.
5. Business Impact Cost Efficiency & Insight Realisation
Define and deliver measurable BIdriven business benefits and cost efficiency savings.
Own performance measurement frameworks ensuring accurate transparent benefit tracking.
Partner with Finance and HR on costtoserve (CTS) tracking and reporting.
6. Leadership & People Management
Lead and develop a team ensuring appropriate structure skills and succession planning.
Provide coaching development and career progression pathways.
Foster a collaborative innovative and highperformance team culture.

Strong expertise in Tableau and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
Track record of driving automation and reducing manual reporting effort.
Experience leading or deploying GenAI ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
Strong communication stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience building and developing analytics teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost efficiencies and BI value.
