About The Role
TheReporting & Analytics Senior Manager leads the global Reporting & Analytics capability within Dyson Business Services. This role manages a team of data professionals setting direction driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of scalable automatedhighqualityreporting and insights.
The roleis responsible foroverseeing the development and continuous improvement ofenterpriselevelreporting products Tableau dashboards automation solutions and advanced analytics capabilities. The Senior Manager playsa central rolein scaling Dysons Advanced Analytics and GenAI agenda ensuring the team evolves in line with business needs and emerging technologies.
This position requires strong leadership strategic thinking anddemonstrated handson advanced analytics experience with proven examples of delivery particularly across OTC RTR and STP driving measurable business outcomes cost efficiencies and enhanced decisionmaking across Finance and the wider Dysonorganization.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Delivery
Lead theendtoenddelivery of global reporting solutions using Tableau and related analytics platforms.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve reporting turnaround time.
Ensure high data quality accuracy consistency and reconciliation across all reporting outputs.
Oversee development and enhancement of global reporting platforms as required by key stakeholders.
Deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic business decisions.
Advanced Analytics & GenAI Leadership
Apply proven handson advanced analytics experience particularly across Finance domains such as OTC RTR and STP as well as other business areas to deliver measurable outcomes and actionable insights.
Scale Dysons Advanced Analytics capability enhancing skills in automation predictive modelling GenAI and data engineering.
Own and expand the GenAI roadmap for Reporting & Analytics including the identification piloting and implementation of new use cases.
Stakeholder Engagement & Visibility
Act as the spokesperson for the Reporting & Analytics function within DBS and across Dyson.
Build strong trusted partnerships with global stakeholders to understand needs and shape the analytics roadmap.
Drive adoption and visibility of reporting products governance platforms and analytics initiatives.
Data Governance Tools & Platforms
Lead the design rollout and adoption of a Governance Portal including dashboard catalogues KPI catalogues andselfservicesupport channels.
Establish andmaintaingovernance standards documentation SOPs and scalable operating models.
Supportselfserviceanalytics adoption through robust platform design and stakeholder enablement.
Business Impact Cost Efficiency & InsightRealisation
Define and deliver measurableBIdrivenbusiness benefits and cost efficiency savings.
Own performance measurement frameworks ensuringaccurate transparent benefit tracking.
Partner with Finance and HR oncosttoserve(CTS) tracking and reporting.
Leadership & People Management
Lead and develop a team ensuringappropriate structure skills and succession planning.
Provide coaching development and career progression pathways.
Foster a collaborative innovative andhighperformanceteam culture.
