What You Will Be Doing

Monitor and review different types of online content.

Ensure posts comments and media follow platform guidelines.

Identify harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action.

Review reports submitted by users and investigate potential violations.

Assist users with platform-related questions when required.

Help maintain the quality and safety of online communities.

Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
What We Expect from You
-
Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level).

English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Experience in customer support BPO or similar roles (minimum 1 year preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.

Good written communication skills.

Ability to work with sensitive or complex content.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
