Role Overview
We are seeking a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to support the monitoring and moderation of online content for a global social media platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing digital content and ensuring it aligns with the platforms community standards and policies.
This role requires strong attention to detail sound judgment and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities

Review user-generated content including text images videos and advertisements.

Ensure all reviewed content complies with established platform policies and guidelines.

Detect and escalate content that violates community standards or intellectual property regulations.

Evaluate user reports regarding abusive behavior harassment or inappropriate interactions.

Provide assistance to users through digital communication channels when necessary.

Collaborate with internal departments to improve moderation workflows and policies.
-
Maintain a high level of productivity quality and accuracy.
Qualifications

Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level).

English proficiency at B2C1 level.
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer support or similar roles.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
-
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
-
Ability to adapt to changing guidelines and operational processes.

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with good accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
