Location: Onsite Bridgetown Barbados
1. Line Chef
Role Overview: We are looking for a precise and passionate Line Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and bistro dishes ensuring every plate meets our standards for freshness and presentation.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Key Skills: Knife skills knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to work under pressure during peak dining hours.
2. Customer Associate
Role Overview: As the face of Sushime youll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment. From taking precise orders to managing the flow of the dining area your goal is to ensure every customer leaves happy.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication multitasking and a friendly professional demeanor.
3. Bistro Assistant
Role Overview: This is a versatile role designed for a restaurant all-rounder. You will support both the front and back of house ensuring the bistro remains clean stocked and ready to serve our guests efficiently.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
