Shift: DAY/EVE/NOC
Salary: $58 to $ 60 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care coordinating treatment plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a team player highly organized and passionate about patient advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on medical orders and facility policies.
- Assess monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first-line medical intervention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure:Current and valid RN license in WA.
- Experience: Minimum1 yea experience working as RN in a healthcare setting.
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
