What Youll Do

As an Accounting Manager on our Managed Services Team youll take ownership of maintaining accurate general ledgers and delivering timely highquality financial reporting for multiple clients. Youll be a key partnerinternally and externallyin ensuring smooth operations consistent communication and a stellar client experience.

You will:

Support client onboarding and tailor processes to each clients needs
Lead internal client meetings with a polished professional approach
Review reconciliations classifications and weekly open items
Prepare monthly management reporting packages
Maintain G/L completeness and accuracy
Partner with clients and their tax providers to navigate complex tax matters
Identify efficiency improvements and opportunities for expanded services
Support budgeting forecasting and yearend audit/tax prep
Build strong relationships through networking and client engagement

Mentor develop staff with feedback coaching and thoughtful delegation

Leadership Responsibilities

Education & Experience

Required:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience
3 years managing the General Ledger

Preferred:

CPA/CA (active or in progress)
Experience in a paperless environment
