Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and delegate tasks to production staff
- Ensure SOPs & work instructions are followed
- Assist with food safety hygiene & GMP compliance
- Monitor staff performance & provide on-the-job training
- Support inventory management & production efficiency
- Relevant qualification
- Strongleadership & communication skills(English/Afrikaans)
- Ability todelegate tasks & train staff
- Understanding offood safety & production processes
- Willingness to workovertime & night shiftswhen required
- Located inPort Elizabeth(or within 30km radius)
