Job Summary
Schedule:
The schedule operates on a 2-2-3 basis meaning that employees work two or three consecutive days interspersed with two or three consecutive days off. Our rotating 2-2-3 schedule requires you to be able to work 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights from 6:30 to 6:30. You will be working 3 or 4 shifts per week.
Our startshifttimes are:
- Days: 6:30am - 6:30pm
- Nights: 6:30pm - 6:30am
What Youll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (up to 480V)
- Complete repairs facility upkeep and production support
- Work with welding fabrication machining and basic electrical
- Follow safety standards and use required PPE Collaborate with production engineering and maintenance teams

What Were Looking For
- Experience in industrial electrical mechanical machining or welding
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics
- Strong problemâsolving and decisionâmaking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat or outdoor conditions
- Solid attendance and a positive teamâfocused attitude

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
- Post-secondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.(Electromechanical/Industrial Maintenance/Machining)
- Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field years of experience without a post-secondary degree.
- Working knowledge of belt and chain drives gearboxes line shafts pumps bearings.
- Working knowledge of industrial electricity and controls.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with shop equipment including drill press bandsaw hydraulic press hand tools.
- Knowledgeable about industrial safety including ability to use required PPE.
