Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently
- Perform outbound service calls and schedule service appointments efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate records in the service database
- Assist the service department with customer inquiries and concerns
- Promote service specials and assist in marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid drivers license
