Job Summary

Position Summary

The WORLD Internship Program is a 10-week program aimed to develop a bench of talented professionals who will be able to join us after college this internship you will gain exposure to enterpriselevel business strategy by supporting the Chief Growth Officer and the Head of Practice Areas. You will learn how strategic initiatives are developed across multiple industries how market opportunities are evaluated and how data informs decisionmaking. Throughout the program you will contribute to research analysis and project work that supports WORLDs broader organizational strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

You will work alongside our leadership team and help drive the timely and accurate completion of assigned special projects:

Support the Chief Growth Officer and Head of Practice Areas with special projects across multiple industries.
Assist in the development and preparation of strategy presentations for senior leadership.
Conduct research and analysis on key markets competitive landscapes and potential market opportunities.
Analyze sales production results and support the interpretation of business performance trends.
Work on a variety of crossdepartment projects aligned with organizational strategy and priority projects.
Identify and evaluate emerging industry trends to support strategic planning.
Participate in business strategy discussions and contribute analytical insights.
Perform research data analysis and summarize results to support decisionmaking.

Key components of the program includeIn addition to the work you do with your manager daily youll have the opportunity to participate in programs and events over the 10 weeks.

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university or college and graduating in May 2027or December 2026. (Graduates and students enrolled in Insurance and Risk Management programs strongly preferred)
Must be willing to work onsite M-F between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (we do not offer remote internships)
Prior customer support experience preferred.
Possess strong organization / administrative and computing skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Power Point)
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members. Self-motivated and driven.
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication including the ability to actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance.
The ability to multitask prioritize work independently and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Compensation
The compensation for this internship is $23/hr.
