Job Summary

Integrated Warehouse Supervisor

Sofidel America is currently seeking an Integrated Warehouse Supervisor to support warehouse operations at our Lewiston ID facility. We are looking for a local candidate interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable and growing organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

As an Integrated Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse materials staff and operational efficiency. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with safety standards operational procedures and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partner with the Internal Logistics Process Manager to ensure warehouse procedures and processes are properly executed.
Managing finished good inventory in the warehouse.
Verify that delivered finished goods are compliant with accompanying technical and shipping documentation.
Supervise and enforce compliance with all safety policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accurate receipt of purchase orders (POs).
Utilize labor and equipment resources effectively to achieve material handling productivity targets.
Maintain training records and cross-train team members to meet operational and safety requirements.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Train warehouse employees on powered industrial equipment including forklifts.
Implement corrective actions for shipping errors and ensure accuracy of outgoing customer orders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Valid forklift certification required.
Basic math skills with the ability to apply them in a warehouse setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work effectively and respectfully with team members.
Ability to perform daily forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and warehouse systems.
