Job Summary
Mullinax Ford is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately documenting customer concerns coordinating with technicians and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Prepare detailed service orders and estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past experience as a service advisor assistant lane manager or service consultant
- Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
