Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and motivatedDirect Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in direct support caregiving or human services with a strong commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care. DSPs provide direct care and support to individuals in their daily lives helping them achieve personal goals maintain independence and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene meal preparation medication administration and mobility support.

• Implement individualized support plans and follow care instructions to meet each persons unique needs.

• Promote social engagement community participation and skill development.

• Observe document and report any changes in individuals health behavior or well-being.

• Maintain a safe clean and supportive living environment.

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals independence and self-advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience in caregiving human services or related field preferred.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassion patience and dedication to supporting individuals with diverse needs.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
