Job Summary

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Mount Pulaski IL
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Length: 8 or 12 Hours
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours

Pay Rate:

Travel: $1391.50 per week
Local: $1207.50 per week

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents health and report changes to RN or physician
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Assist with admissions discharges and assessments
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Follow facility policies and safety standards

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple residents and prioritize tasks
