Job Summary
Join Sierra Motors Inc. as a Sales Consultant in our Jamestown CA this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers assisting them in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and preferences. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will help drive sales and contribute to the continued success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features financing options and warranties.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends product updates and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and understand their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Must be 18 years Or Older
