Job Summary
Registered Dietitian Part-Time Berryville VA
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support along-term care facility in Berryville VA for 8 hours/week.

Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS includingSection K and Section V (CAA)
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
