Responsibilities include but not limited too.. *Greeting and offering assistance to our customers who contact the dealership in person online and/ or over the phone. *Assist customers through the steps of selecting and purchasing or leasing a vehicle. *Daily outbound phone calls and emails to prospective clients *Demonstrate our world-class products application and benefits to our prospects. *Build strong rapport with customers creating lasting relationships. *Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis. * Maintaining and tracking monthly goals. * Constant activity related to growing sales productivity and repeat business.
