This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 37 yrs exp handling sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters. The role offers exposure to complex workplace disputes high-level advisory work and strategic client guidance within a nationally recognized employment platform.
The Role
Represent employers in employment litigation matters including discrimination retaliation wage and hour and restrictive covenant disputes
Handle motion practice discovery depositions and court appearances
Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
Draft employment agreements policies and separation agreements
Support internal investigations and workforce-related advisory matters
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
37 yrs exp in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Experience handling complex employment disputes
Strong drafting writing and oral advocacy skills
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
