Job Summary
The Inside Sales Professionalâis responsible forâhandling inbound and outbound sales calls and converting qualified leads into home security customers. This role focuses on consistent execution of the sales process urgency in scheduling installations and collecting activation at the point of sale. Inside Sales Professionals are measured by conversion installation outcomes efficiency and install speed. This is a full-time performance-driven role.â

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and compliant mannerâ
Present home security solutions clearly and confidently to prospective customersâ
Convert qualified leads into completed sales following approved scripts and processesâ
Schedule customer installations with a target baseline ofâ10 daysâor fewer from sale to installâ
Collect activation payments at the time of sale whenever possible (Charge Today)â
Accurately document customer information and sales activity in CRM systemsâ
Manage call flow efficiently to maximize talk time and sales opportunitiesâ
Participate in coaching sessions call reviews and ongoing trainingâ
Maintain compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirementsâ
Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goalsâ

Compensation
SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and for eligible roles variablecompensationor bonuses.Variable andbonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal state and local wage laws including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements.Variable pay is defined asâcommission-based compensation tied to completed sales and performance metricsâand will be shared in a separate compensation plan.
