Job Summary
Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT) a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our well-established and growing physical therapy Practice in our Seven Fields office.
Founded in 2005 TSPT provides the full range of musculoskeletal rehab including physical occupational and hand therapy services. Our therapy providers work closely with the physicians and rely on a strong clinical support team to assist with patient education exercises modalities treatment documentation and other related gym tasks.
Responsibilities:
Our Physical Therapy Aides:
- Assist the therapists in treatment of patients
- Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises
- Train and educate patients and/or family members in activities of daily living
- Prepare equipment and supplies for treatment
- Manage inventory
- Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment
Our Physical Therapy Aides must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with patients on a daily basis. Candidates must also be willing to travel to other offices if necessary and cross-train for front desk operations. Outpatient rehab experience and/or degree in Athletic Training Exercise Science or related field ideal. EMR experience a plus.
