Job Summary

The Role

As a member of our SalesTeam you willbe responsible forqualifyingand selling tointerestedinboundprospects by phone and email using our best-in-class our scalable qualifying process you willidentifyleads looking to explore our experience packages in more detail who are ready to take the next steps of the buying process. You will worktowardsbuilding a book of businessofyour own guestsfor many events held in the Americas and coordinatewith our Event Specialist Specialiststeam to set and schedule initial meetingsfor International Events. This rolereportsdirectly to the Inside Sales Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Perform sales development activities such as calls(inboundoutbound) emailsSMS textingand chat to schedule quality meetings support the sales team in generating pipeline and increase revenue using Outreach Salesforce andQuintsinternal sales methodologies.
  • Learnmasterandutilizecustomer-focused selling techniques including thorough preparation for Opening Investigating PresentingConfirmingand Positioning.
  • Maintain manage and report on a healthy pipeline for consistent performance and visibility. This includes clear communication with sales management.
  • Respect and treat ethically all members of the internal team partners customers and all other persons whilerepresentingQuint.
  • No travel is standard nor required butall employeeshave the opportunity to attend eventson-siteas an Operations Volunteer.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent sales or business experience.
  • No professional experiencerequired;many Event Sales Associates have joined us right out of college.
  • Sporting entertainment hospitality or travel industry experience particularly in an existing partnership is a plus.
  • Experience in a non-retail sales role as an SDR/BDR or appointment-setter is a plus.

Skills/Abilities

  • Strong computer skills area Salesforce and/or Outreach is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability toeffectively and comfortably interact with professionals of all titles including executive leadership both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities shift focus asdeterminedby the changing needs of thebusiness andadapt in a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Excellent organizational analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Eagerness to take ownership over tasks assignments and projects.
  • Strong qualifying and selling skills and the ability to influence prospects customers referralsourcesand partners.
  • Initiative a sense of competitive drive and the ability to stay focused on results throughout changing conditions.
  • A collaborative mentality strong relationship-building skills and comfort working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
  • The ability and desire to rapidly learnlarge amountsofnew informationaround entirely new topics specifically rapid mastery of the basics needed to perform this job and the ability to recall this quickly and accurately.

  • Must be able to sit and use a computer for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Full-time in-office role at Quint HQ in Charlotte NC.
