Job Summary

Position - Contract - Onsite (Montpelier Vermont) VT - State Government Project
Must Provide 3 References
Required

Strong facilitation and change management capabilities
Experience defining and implementing organizational change strategies
Ability to manage stakeholder communication and readiness
Experience embedding governance into Agile routines
Ability to create training messaging plans dashboards and executive reporting
Experience working within structured project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK aligned)

Preferred

Change Management Certification (CCMP or Prosci preferred)
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with Azure / AWS data environments
Prior experience in health data infrastructure modernization preferred

Specific Skills:

Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Stakeholder mapping & impact analysis
Agile integration (Definition of Done governance embedding)
Executive communication & reporting
Release-based communications planning
Training development & curriculum design
Dashboard KPI tracking (Power BI / ADO)
Risk mitigation planning
Governance integration (metadata lineage glossary updates)
