$250.00 paid orientation (added onto first paycheck)
$250.00 bonus every 3 months for the first yr of service
12 days paid vacation per yr (1 day for each month of service)
$1000.00 match to 401k
$1000.00 match to HSA
Weekly paycheck
Home every weekend and some nights depending on where you live
Performance based pay the more you work the greater the return
24/7 support Dispatch ELD and Mechanical
Dedicated freight lanes
Late model trucks
