Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Digital & Social Coordinator will plan and execute multiple digital marketing tactics to drive consideration and trial of Three Dog Bakery dog treats portfolio in sweet savory and meaty segments while bringing consistency and personality to our brand voice.
Specifically this digital marketer will:
Drive Brand Growth Through Social Media
- Create manage and execute original high-quality content on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube)
- Manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach of the Three Dog Bakery brand.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase brand presence/social engagement
- Create regular reports with analysis of social campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
- Engage with customers (DMs or posts) on all social media channels in a timely and brand appropriate fashion.
- Work with Marketing Team to develop social content calendars target towards achieving marketing targets and drive engagement with existing and new customers.
- Engage with Marketing team on paid media.
Increase Customer Engagement Through Email Marketing
- Create email marketing content plans to meet marketing goals.
- Manage email database for continual improvement in segmentation and targeting of consumers.
- Own KPIs including but not limited to email open rates click through rates conversion rates and subscriber engagement.
- Create regular reports with analysis on email marketing performance based on business goals and segments.
Tell Our Brand Story Through Website Content Management & SEM
- Manage content through WordPress CMS with responsibility for making regular updates to .
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise effective customer journeys across websites creating landing pages to optimize paid campaign performance.
- Use SEO best practices technical and content to support content strategy and improve presence in SERPs.
- Work closely with brand manager on digital ad placement
- Measure and report on performance assessing effectiveness of tactics against agreed goals (ROI and KPIs) at campaign and channel level using Google Analytics.

- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business-related field is required and/or 1 years of experience in digital marketing with CPG industry a plus
- Strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Must be adept at Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and/or experience in using:
- Social media monitoring; familiarity of publishing tools (Hootsuite Sprout) and knowledge of social media best practices a plus
- Email marketing platforms; Mailchimp Klaviyo HubSpot or similar
- Solid understanding of website traffic analysis tools; Google Analytics
- Google Ads placements and CMS platforms like WordPress Drupal or similar software
- Working knowledge of CSS HTML a plus
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work 3 days a week in the office (Tue Wed Thu).
- Must be passionate about dogs as we are a dog-friendly office.
