We are sharing a specialised full-time opportunity for experienced Project Managers with strong operational and leadership skills. This role supports enterprise-level initiatives involving project coordination cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning across engineering product research or operational environments.

The Project Manager will coordinate complex projects manage resources and ensure that deliverables align with business objectives while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects and develop detailed execution plans to achieve business objectives
Oversee the integration of technical and operational activities across project teams
Present proposals findings and reports to internal stakeholders and clients
Recruit assign and evaluate team members while supporting ongoing staff development
Analyze resource needs technology requirements and market demand to assess project feasibility
Collaborate with management production and marketing teams to define project specifications
Review and recommend contracts cost estimates and project budgets
Direct review and approve product design changes and project deliverables
Consult with clients to prepare detailed project specifications and timelines

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
PMP or PMI certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
Strong knowledge of production processes quality control and cost management
Experience with strategic planning resource allocation and operational management
Proficiency with project management and productivity software including MS Project Visio PowerPoint and Word
