Job Summary
Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Elite Sports Clubs Prairie Athletic Club and Union Padel Club are an alliance of family-friendly multi-sport recreation and fitness facilities and in our markets were the #1 destination for sport fitness and fun.
Were seeking a hands-on Head of Finance / Controller to lead the accounting and finance function across our growing portfolio of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. This role serves as the organizations financial steward overseeing accounting and payroll operations while also providing financial planning and analysis to support business unit leaders and executive decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role deeply involved in the work while guiding the broader financial function. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations manage month-end close and reporting supervise accounting and payroll processes and partner closely with operational leaders to provide insight into performance revenue trends and cost management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing financial discipline with operational partnership helping translate financial data into clear insights that support strong club operations and exceptional member experiences.
You will play a key role in budgeting forecasting financial reporting cash flow management and capital planning while helping leadership make informed decisions through data and analysis.
