Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations company culture and strategic goals.
- Develop strong relationships with employees subcontractors and long-standing clients.
- Oversee daily business functions including project management sales financials and customer service.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and develop the team ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Identify opportunities for business growth process improvement and expansion.
- Eventually assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in residential remodeling construction management or a similar industry.
- Proven leadership and business management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong financial acumen including experience with budgeting forecasting and profitability management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for craftsmanship customer satisfaction and driving business success.
