Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and look after guests throughout their entire dining journey
• Support the team with professional high-end food and beverage service
• Maintain high standards of service and meticulous attention to detail
• Assist with table preparation and restaurant setup/close-down
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods
• Take pride in the presentation of the dining room and guest areas

What Were Looking For:

• Previous hospitality experience is required: We are looking for an experienced individual comfortable in a professional service environment
• Friendly positive and professional attitude with a natural rapport with guests
• Passion for hospitality and an understanding of fine-dining standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-end environment
• Flexibility to work as per Rota (see Working Conditions below)

Working Conditions:

• Working hours as per Rota: Primarily Thursday to Sunday
• Focus on Friday coverage: Consistent availability for Friday lunch service is required
• Shift frequency: At least 2 shifts per week (flexible based on rota needs)
• Occasional relief/cover shifts as needed for holiday or absence cover
  
• Part-time hours focused on key service days ideal for experienced candidates seeking consistent weekend and select weekday involvement
