This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 25 years of experience in public finance matters including tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions such as bonds-for-title and PILOT programs. Experience serving as bond counsel issuers counsel or company counsel is highly valued.
The Role
Advise clients on public finance transactions including tax-exempt bond issuances
Handle tax incentive transactions including bonds-for-title and PILOT structures
Represent clients as bond counsel issuers counsel or company counsel
Collaborate within a nationally recognized real estate platform on sophisticated transactions
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
25 years of public finance experience
Experience with tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive programs
Commercial real estate federal tax or energy/solar experience a plus
Strong academic credentials
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
