Essential Job Functions
- Draft format edit and proofread correspondence reports and engagement letters
- Maintain and update document templates and repositories
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings including logistics catering and A/V needs
- Serve as a point of contact for client and internal inquiries and provide backup support when staff are out of the office
- Manage Partner calendars ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing overâbooking
- Assist with processing and tracking client tax returns and extensions
- Support electronic filing processes and input status updates into firm systems
- Prepare expense reports travel arrangements conference registrations and related logistics
- Assist with new client and new engagement request documentation
- Provide administrative support including database entry scanning copying and report preparation
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless client service
- Support firm initiatives and provide backup support for office operations as needed

- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
