Job Summary

Essential Job Functions

  • Draft format edit and proofread correspondence reports and engagement letters
  • Maintain and update document templates and repositories
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings including logistics catering and A/V needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for client and internal inquiries and provide backup support when staff are out of the office
  • Manage Partner calendars ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing overâbooking
  • Assist with processing and tracking client tax returns and extensions
  • Support electronic filing processes and input status updates into firm systems
  • Prepare expense reports travel arrangements conference registrations and related logistics
  • Assist with new client and new engagement request documentation
  • Provide administrative support including database entry scanning copying and report preparation
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless client service
  • Support firm initiatives and provide backup support for office operations as needed

  • Communicate professionally and offer strategic solutions to organizational needs
  • Contribute to a positive collaborative work environment
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Occasionally lift and transport packages up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment
