Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part-Time Bellperson to join the team!
Our hotel which features over 1400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our 5 team members report to the Director of Front Office Operations.
The ideal candidate holds 1 years in a bell person or valet role 2 years in customer service and a passion for hospitailty. Ability to work the required shifts.
Shift Pattern: Part-Time 2-4 shifts (PM shifts) Weekend availability a requirement.
Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing
As a Bellperson you would be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
Retrieve and transport guest luggage
Organize and store luggage
Acquaint guests with guestroom features and hotel amenities
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Assist with room moves amenity deliveries conference luggage storage and/or pulls and attend the main lobby and front door as needed
