Citizen House-Bellman

Position Summary

The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm professional welcome and departure experience for all guests. This role ensures luggage assistance guest transportation coordination and property knowledge are delivered with exceptional service standards. The Bellman plays a key role in creating first and lasting impressions while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

$15.00 per hour Plus tips!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival departure and room changes
• Escort guests to guest rooms and provide a thorough orientation of room features and property amenities
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services amenities events and local attractions
• Coordinate transportation requests (taxis rideshares valet retrieval etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby entry and bell stand areas
• Safely store and retrieve luggage when needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with Front Desk and Concierge
• Deliver packages messages and special guest amenities as requested
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
